How this product is classified+

AdvantageGuard is a hospital indemnity (limited-benefit) insurance product. It is separate from Medicare Advantage, it is not Medicare Supplement or Medigap insurance, and it is not a replacement for comprehensive health insurance. Benefits are subject to policy terms, exclusions, limitations and state availability.

Benefits may provide cash that can help offset expenses associated with qualifying covered events. GSS never states that a supplemental policy pays your Medicare Advantage bills.
